Merry Christmas Eve!!!!!!!!!!!!

"Christmas Eve was a night of song that wrapped itself about you like a shawl. But it warmed more than your body. It warmed your heart…filled it, too, with melody that would last forever."

My Art of the Month.

I was sitting in my room really bored! I wanted to draw something but I couldn't think what. Then I remembered a drawing I had seen in my freinds room. That I thought was really cool! So I decided to draw something like it. This is what the finish product was.

I had no clue what I had drawn but my niece Zoe said they were apples. So that's what they are.

Snowman

There was A bunch of snow in the back of my neighbor's relative's truck. Because he had come from D.C where I guess there was allot of snow!

Holiday Sweets!

I only have two pictures but, we have made and eaten. Brownie bites, sugar blossoms (a variation of peanut blossoms using sugar cookies instead of peanut butter cookies), gingerbread cookies, chocolate chip cookies, muddie buddies AKA (dog food or puppie chow) and allot of candy!

Brownie Bites.

Sugar blossoms.

Fog!

I woke up a couple of days back. And I couldn't see 10 feet out of my window! There was some really bad fog. My sister Grace (The easily worried one) kept saying in a panicky voice "Is it gonna get in our house!" I kept trying to explain to her that from the other side of the street it would look like our house was covered in fog. But she didn't get it.

Zach Got a Hamster!

Zach got a hamster from his friend, for Christmas! He named it Fenway (Like Fenway Park, the Boston Red Sox's home field). It is so funny to watch. It climbs up it's cage and drops down into the bedding. It doesn't bite or squeak. It is really cool.

Love in a Cup. AKA Tomato Soup!

This isn't a very good picture all you can see is cheese but if you look very closely in the right side of the cup you can see a small bit of red.

Here is the recipe

8 cans V8 juice

1 stick (1/2 cup) butter

1/2 a large onion. Chopped to your desired size.

3 cloves of garlic. Chopped fine.

2 to 3 tablespoons dried basil

2 tablespoons of Italian seasoning (dried herbs)

1 tablespoon chopped dried chives

2 1/2 tablespoons corn starch + 1 tablespoon cold water.
Salt and pepper to taste.

Your favorite cheese. Feta is delicious!

Melt the stick of butter in a large pot. Saute the onions and garlic in the butter and add 1 tablespoon of the dried basil to the saute mixture. Than immediately after add all 8 cans of V8 juice(careful the first can will spatter). Stir the corn starch and cold water until there is no clumps. Put it to the side for a little later. Add all the herbs and the salt and pepper to the soup and let it get hot, not boiling yet. Ounce it is hot add the corn starch mixture and stir then let the soup boil for 1 minute. let settle. then put it in a cup or bowl and top with however much cheese you want! :~)
