Day Forty-Two and Forty-Three, of Lent!

Yesterday's testing although it was Math, it went much smoother then I had thought it was going to! And guess what... I finished all the math problems!!!! That was probably the first time I have finished all the math problems since second grade! I was so happy! My little sister grace has been especially naughty lately first she ate twenty-six cadburry eggs, then cut her hair, then she decided that she was gonna try and shave, using toothpaste as shaving cream haha! Today we got our floors done (hardwood, again with the tearing-up!) And I am most likely going to the store with my sister Shayna to do the "big" shopping... So that should be fun...

Day Forty-One, of Lent!

As I said yesterday, testing was today! It was really easy and I already have five of ten sections done! Today was the really simple stuff : Vocabulary, Reading Comprehension, Spelling, Language Mechanics, and Language Expression... Although that may not sound so easy to some people. My worst subject is MATH! *Screams of Terror* It's not that I don't know the formulas or don't know how to get from point A. to point B. it's the amount of time it takes me to get there. We are timed in each section, and I always finish with time to spare in all the above subjects but, then there's math... *Sigh*... I always seem to run out of time with 5+ questions un-answered and it is so annoying! Anyway, I don't have to worry about that until tomorrow.. And I will worry! HAHA... I would have pictures of the outside of the work-book, and the amount of questions, but That is not allowed... Sooo I won't have pictures of those things =( But, I will have pictures of myself after I do the Math section. Don't be surprised if there are tears on my face HAHA!

Day Forty, of Lent! Palm Sunday!

Today was Palm Sunday which is probably one of my favorite masses... I am trying to learn how to make a cross out of my palms but, everytime I think that I have it something goes wrong... Oh well... Atleast I got one right! Other then going to mass and hanging-out with my friend Michelle today has been pretty dull... Tommorow we have testing which is always exciting! I am sure that I will write a post either about how easy or how difficult it was. Depending on the subject...

Day Thirty-Nine, of Lent!

Today was pretty good... I met the two people that I have heard allot about from my friend Samantha! Their names are Greyson and Ariana. They were both nice but, Ariana had to leave early... Anyway yea I pretty much hung-out with Samantha, Michelle, Ariana and Greyson until they all had to go inside... Then I came-in and started writing this post! Oh! And Michelle came over with some delicious hash browns that her dad made! Thanks Mr. Jeff!!!!

Day Thirty-Eight, of Lent!

Today is cleaning day once again... I just finished cleaning my bedroom and the living room. Now I am listening to Jack Johnson (One of my fave music artists of all time!). My sister Shayna is actually going to see him in concert! I have also been listening to Michael Franti, He sings Say Hey (I love you), That song has a really cool line, to me anyway! It says...

Day Thirty-Seven, of Lent!

Today has been really good... It was the last day of testing review and I only got two questions wrong! We have testing this Monday and I hope that I do well! I have been forgetting to mention this but, my mom has been making this drink/food thing called kefir. The kefir that they sell in stores that looks and tastes like yogurt drink is not really kefir... Trust Me!!!!!!... Kefir is made from putting these things called "grains" that look so nasty... Kinda like hard clear jelly... In a jar, then adding milk to the jar, and putting it in a cabinet or corner and letting it "ferment". Or what I call "spoil" haha... The result looks like spoiled, clumpy milk, but it smells like yeast and tastes sour (not spoiled). I will have pictures tomorrow when it is done fermenting. My mom has been making it every day for about two weeks... And she loves it! Although I do not have pictures of the kefir itself. I did take pictures of the cake me and my mom made with it... Yes I said cake made with kefir! I will post the pictures later...

Kefir is really good for baking it makes things rise better! You can't even taste it in cake, pancakes, biscuits ect... Unfortunately by cooking it you loose the health benefits but, whatevs I like to say that there is kefir in my food haha! (It makes it sound healthy even though it's not... Shhhhhh it's our little secret haha!)

We made home-made frosting it was really simple and very sweet and delicious!

As Rachel Ray would say,"Yummo!" The home-made frosting was really good! My little sisters liked it allot! I even liked it as well as store-bought frosting... Sorry Betty Crocker, Pillsbury, Duncan Hines ect. HAHA! Cheaper too!

Days Thirty-Four, Thirty-Five, and Thirty-Six, of Lent!

Sorry about not having any new post over the last three days. I have not had any posts do to A. Laziness and B. Taking to long to get downstairs and do school :~/... On monday my mom said that she wanted us to wake-up on time the next day... So I went to bed ZZZZZzzzzzZZZZZ... The next morning my sister Emma came in to wake us up and I could kinda hear her but, I was mostly still asleep. After Emma gave-up trying to wake us up she went back downstairs... After that Grace came up, to wake us up. I got out of bed, made my bed, got dressed, cleaned my room, and went to go wash my face... Then I decided I did not have enough time to wash my face soooo I didn't... My mom came upstairs thinking that I had just gotten up. Even if I hadn't I still took to long to go downstairs. I got grounded from the computer and I couldn't go outside :~/ So that's why I didn't write a blog post yesterday.

Day Thirty-Three, of Lent! Passion Sunday...

Today was kinda boring other then the fact I got to alter serve as MC (Master of Ceremonies)and Hang out with my friend Michelle! Today was Passion Sunday from now on all Crucifixes, Statues and such are covered...

Day Thirty-Two, of Lent! And The First Day of Spring!

Today is the first day of Spring! The funny thing is, is that I saw the first butterfly and bumblebee of the year today! Isn't that a coincidence! It is so nice outside it is warm and sunny but, I still feel comfortable in jeans and a T-shirt. We cleaned our garage from top to bottom. I guess you could say that did our "Spring cleaning"... My friend Katie invited me to go get a free snow cone at this ice cream shop and my friend Alexx asked me if I could hang-out at the park but, I could do neither :~/ Oh well, I can still enjoy this nice day...

Well I just came inside from getting some candy from the ice cream lady but, if I eat it today then I will have to stop cheating at the same time tomorrow then I cheated today (Eg. If I cheat right now at 6:55pm I will have to stop cheating at 6:55pm tomorrow...)

Day Thirty-One, of Lent!

Today was really fun! We cleaned all morning then after we cleaned I went to Farm Fresh, said,"Hi" to Shayna and got some batteries for my iPod speakers that I will only be able to use on Sunday :~/ along with my new iPod microphone! After I got back from Farm Fresh I hung-out with my friend Michelle. After about 30 minutes of hanging-out with Michelle I had to go inside and babysit... While I was babysitting I Skyped my friend Katie! When my parents came home I ate supper then my friend Jenina came over to my house and asked me if I wanted to walk to Farm Fresh with her. We had planned on walking there on Wednesday but, I was making my Irish rice pudding and I was about to eat corned beef for supper so we decided to go on Friday (Today). But, when I went to her house she wasn't home so I figured she was at school or soccer practice or something. So I went without her, thinking that I would probably go with her later (I was right!). I got to go to my favorite grocery store twice! HAHA After we went to Farm Fresh we went to Tropical Smoothie and I got a Mocha Madness smoothie *MMMMM*!

Sorry about the jumpiness. So much happened today... It wasn't a very, "smooth" it was more, "bumpy" HAHA! But, Still great!

Day Thirty, of Lent! (The worst day so far :~/)

Today was probably the worst day of Lent!!!!!!! We had to paint our bunk-beds and that was fine other then the fact that I really wanted to use my iPod Cause whenever I paint or do anything really I like to listen to music!... Anyway so I painted my Bunk and Sam painted his and he got paint all over the floor so my mom and dad got really mad... And I mean, really mad! So anyway yeah, it took like three hours to do that and then we had to paint Zach's bed (Both Bunks, even though no one sleeps in the top bunk of his) He is amazingly lazy! I had already got paint on my only good pair of jeans and all over my shirt and I still had to paint Zach's :~/ Then to put the frosting on the cake I got paint on the rug around the legs of Zach's bed cause the paint on the bed was still wet so I couldn't lift it up to put the drip cloth under it. Then once my parents saw, I got yelled at... I mean I see why they would be mad ... But,... I Don't know screaming isn't really my thing... At least my parents don't stay mad for long. They don't even seem mad at all anymore! I blame Zach for being so lazy as to make me and Sam paint his bed for him... I wouldn't have gotten in trouble at all if he would've done it himself but, I guess everything happens for a reason... They turned out looking pretty cool! I will have pics later!

Day Twenty-Seven and Twenty-Eight of Lent!

Sorry again I have been really busy! I had to paint and hold Jacob yesterday so I didn't have time to write a post and since today has been boring other than the facts that Sara got me an awesome book called,"Ghostly Adventures" for my birthday! And I finally got my microphone for my iPod from Amazon! It has been dull... Yesterday was kinda crazy! My mom started painting at 3:00 Pm and I was holding Jacob. Then she paused at 9:00 and I had been holding Jacob non-stop for six hours! Then I helped paint till 2:00 Am!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have pictures of things that we have been doing like the stairs and the floors so I will be posting those soon!

By 1:00 AM I hated red paint HAHA! Especially the one that we chose cause it had sand in it that kept spitting out of the brush and into my eyes, and pretty much everywhere!

Way past my bedtime!

The awesome book Sara got me! Notice the name?... It is Ghost Adventures (My favorite show of all time!) just adding ly to the end of ghost! I have been looking for a book like this forever! (a year!) Every time I try to find a book like this at the library it would either be too short and childish, or fake :~/ Just the fact that the book is big and has true stories makes it better already! Anyway I was really, really excited when I saw it!

Sara is so nice! The funny thing is, is that even before I read what she wrote inside I was thinking about writing a post about it HAHA!
