Shcool is starting on Monday of next week, which means headaches, tears, less blog posts, less iPod, lots of question asking and CHAOS! The good things that are going to come out of this new curriculum are that I will be smarter and know more about my Catholic faith. I think all the headaches and tears will be worth it in the long run. Who knows maybe there'll be no tears at all. But I'm sure there are going to be headaches!

Oh, why are flat cookies undesirable? Mine used to puff up muffin-like, and it annoyed me so much. Finally I started using butter instead of margarine, and they would spread out and be properly flat. Plus they tasted all yummy and caramelized with the butter. So I guess if you want them all puffy and strange, use margarine...ha!
